The email address alone is not a complete provider identification for a commercial German website.The central contact for legal notices, rights requests, corrections, accessibility feedback, media enquiries, and source concerns is info@wafflesworldrecords.com.
1. Operator and central contact point
Waffles World Records is an independent specialist registry and editorial project documenting globally significant cannabis records, world firsts, historic achievements, and evidence-led record claims. “Official WWR record” means formally published by this private registry under its own methodology; it does not mean government, regulatory, laboratory, court, or Guinness World Records recognition.
Use the email address above for legal notices, privacy requests, corrections, challenges, source concerns, accessibility feedback, media enquiries, and partnership proposals. Please include a clear subject line and enough information for the request to be assessed.
2. Nature of the service
The site publishes an evidence-led registry. It does not sell cannabis, provide cannabis, arrange transactions, provide medical treatment, or act as a government, regulatory, testing, or law-enforcement authority. Registry entries are informational and historical. Status wording explains the strength and limits of the evidence located during the audit.
Waffles World Records is independent from Guinness World Records and from the organisations, brands, publications, museums, events, laboratories, and individuals appearing in source material unless a relationship is expressly stated.
3. Formal notices and rights concerns
A notice concerning copyright, privacy, personality rights, inaccurate information, unlawful material, impersonation, or misuse of the Waffles brand should identify:
- the affected page or exact URL;
- the specific content or conduct at issue;
- the legal or factual basis of the request;
- the requested action;
- supporting evidence and a reliable contact method;
- a statement confirming that the notice is accurate and made in good faith.
We may request additional information before acting. Clearly substantiated urgent concerns may be temporarily restricted while reviewed. Abusive, automated, incomplete, or manifestly unfounded notices may receive limited handling.
4. Record corrections, challenges, and new evidence
The registry may resolve factual record disputes for its own publications, but it is not a court, arbitrator, or recognised consumer conciliation body. Record pages are not immutable. A holder, researcher, journalist, institution, competitor, witness, or member of the public may provide new evidence. Challenges are evaluated under the published methodology and corrections policy. A request should identify the record ID, disputed statement, replacement wording, source documents, and whether the concern affects the metric, holder, date, location, category, evidence grade, status, or current-holder confidence.
We may correct typographical mistakes immediately. Material changes may require a new audit, source review, holder contact, expert consultation, or public status update.
5. Media, citation, and brand use
Journalists and researchers may cite public registry facts with attribution and with the status and caveat intact. The Waffles World Records name, logo, badges, certificates, and registry-status language may not be used to imply approval, sponsorship, partnership, or certification without written permission.
6. Editorial independence
Payment, advertising, sponsorship, attendance at an event, receipt of material, or communication with a holder does not guarantee recognition or favourable status. Any future commercial relationship should be separated from the evidence decision and disclosed where relevant.
Use of a record page, source citation, or project logo by a third party does not establish a partnership unless the relationship is confirmed in writing through the central contact address.
7. Availability, preservation, and service changes
The registry may update, reorganise, temporarily restrict, or discontinue pages where sources fail, rights issues arise, security requires action, or a category is redefined. Continuous availability is not guaranteed. Public pages may be cached by search engines or archives outside the project’s control.
Material corrections follow the Corrections & Challenges Policy. Security vulnerabilities should be reported through the contact address with enough technical detail to reproduce the issue and without accessing unnecessary personal information.
8. Language and interpretation
The current public interface and legal documents are provided in English. Where external sources are in another language, translated summaries may be used for context, but the original source remains controlling. If translated versions of these policies are added later, the English version will prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
